Sarah Olney and Caroline Pidgeon meeting some of our younger local residents at Wide Horizons youth project in Richmond Park over half term.
Expert at providing adventurous experiences to children and young people of all ages and abilities, Wide Horizons believe that every child should have the opportunity to experience adventure as part of their education and development, regardless of their circumstances.
Get them out and active, making new friends, and having adventures in the school holidays.
Sarah said: “This is an great opportunity for local children to try something new, make friends and have a great time outdoors. I fully support this fantastic initiative that is geared to promoting imagination, creativity as well as social and emotional development."
Every year Wide Horizons work with over 450 schools, 42,000 children and deliver 65,000 days of adventure. You can read more about this adventure learning charity by following this LINK.
